Thank you for choosing our subscription-based web design and management services. These terms of use ("Agreement") govern the use of our services and the website. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Services
   The Squarepaste subscription-based web design and management firm ("Company") offers website design and development services using Squarespace. The services provided are outlined in the Subscription Agreement provided to the client ("Client") upon signing up for our services. Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time.

2. Ownership of Materials
   The Client owns all materials created by the Company for the Client, including but not limited to the website design, content, and graphics. The Company retains the right to use the Client's materials for promotional purposes.

3. Payment and Refunds

   The Client shall pay the Company the subscription fees as outlined in the Subscription Agreement. Payment is due in advance of each subscription period. No refunds are provided due to the nature of the service.

4. Termination

   Either the Client or the Company may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall have the right to retain all materials created for them by the Company.

5. Warranties and Representations

   The Company warrants and represents that it has the right to enter into this Agreement and that it will perform its obligations under this Agreement in a professional manner. The Company does not warrant that its services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

   The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of our services. The Client's exclusive remedy shall be the termination of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the state courts located in Livingston County, Tennessee.

8. Entire Agreement

   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company with respect to the use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral, between the parties.

9. Amendments

   The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Client. The Client's continued use of our services following any such amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Agreement.

10. Waiver

    The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
